Read the product description for the quantity, size, grind or model supplied. Before buying equipment, check the model's dimensions, electrical requirements and water connections against your installation. Contact us before ordering if a detail you need is missing.
Our shop displays one-off prices in pounds sterling, including any applicable taxes. Standard UK delivery is included. You can review your items, change quantities and see the total before paying.
Placing an order
Checkout opens on Stripe, where you enter your delivery and payment details. Selecting the final payment button submits your order with an obligation to pay. Our contract with you is formed when we accept your order by email. Keep the confirmation for your records.
If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you. You may choose to place a new order on the corrected terms or receive a full refund of any payment already taken.
Delivery and returns
Our Delivery and returns policy covers delivery timing, cancellation, faulty goods and refunds. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods reach the consumer or their nominated recipient.
Your rights
Goods sold to consumers must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for their purpose. Consumers can seek a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A manufacturer's guarantee adds to these rights. Statutory consumer rights apply to purchases made wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.
Questions and disputes
Email us with your order reference and the outcome you are seeking. English law governs these terms, subject to the mandatory protections that apply where a UK consumer lives. Consumers may bring a claim in the courts available to them where they live. Nothing in these terms excludes liability the law requires us to accept.
