Service
Let's talk coffee.
A little detail about your counter, your grinder and your favourite drink helps us answer the right question.
How can we help?
Choosing coffee
Tell us which brewer you use and whether you drink your coffee black or with milk. We can help you compare coffees in our current range and check whether they are available as whole beans or ground coffee.
A machine for home
Share your counter dimensions, the drinks you make and your budget. If you already have a grinder, include the model. We'll help you check the specifications of the machines you are considering.
Equipment for a café
Include your busiest-hour drink volume, available counter space, electrical supply and water connection. We can discuss a suitable machine and confirm what comes with it before you order.
Help with an existing order
Send your order reference, the email used at checkout and the item name. If something arrived damaged, a photo of the item and packaging can help us arrange a remedy.
